Rebuilt SP Alco C630 No. 3148 sits outside the shops in early morning light. A big Alco in these parts is a rarity, since power assigned to Roseville is almost exclusively EMD.

I believe this is the only shot I have of a unit attached to an ex-Trainmaster brake trailer.

SP C630 3148 and SW1500 2565 make a real “Mutt and Jeff” pair as they work the yard in "old" Colton Yard.
